Shipping & Returns
SHIPPING
All orders are processed the same business day and will be shipped 1 day after ordering. Weekend orders will be processed on Monday. Please allow up to 3-10 business days for delivery in the EU. All international orders will take 5-15 day to arrive. All orders will be shipped secured and you will get a tracking code so you can follow your shipment.
All orders are sent from EU warehouse.
We offer the following delivery options:
- Shipping in the EU is 6 EUR
- Shipping outside the EU is 7 EUR
RETURNS
Please contact customer service at info@suplixo.com for instructions. If shipment has been lost by the carrier and it is not recovered, and the delivery confirmation report shows a non-delivery then we will reship at no cost to the customer. However, if the shipment is claimed to be lost by the carrier and the delivery confirmation shows “delivered” then our guarantee has been fulfilled and WE WILL NOT RESHIP FREE OF CHARGE. If we accept your return, you will receive a refund minus the shipping charges and a 15% restocking fee. Please contact us at info@suplixo.com for shipping labels and return information.
For a received item, a return is possible only if the item is defective. We do not issue returns for non-defective products. In such cases please contact info@suplixo.com.
DAMAGES AND ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right.
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
EXCHANGES
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same item, please send us an email at info@suplixo.com
EUROPEAN UNION 3 DAY COOLING OFF PERIOD
Notwithstanding the above, if merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 3 days for any reason and without justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
REFUNDS
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 calendar days. If you paid for standard delivery of the goods, the cost of standard delivery will also be refunded.
